Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ignite Entrepreneurs (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Ignite Ticketing mobile and web application and any related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

The App is a private tool for approved members of the Ignite Entrepreneurs community and their affiliated businesses. You must be at least 13 years old and hold a valid invitation or membership to create an account. We may verify eligibility at any time.

• You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in (Apple, Google, or email) and for the activity under your account.
• Keep your contact information accurate so notifications reach you.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion is permanent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the App or its infrastructure.
• Share access with people who are not authorised Ignite members.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the tickets, messages, and attachments you post (“Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that Content solely to operate the App for you and the members of your channels.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any Content you upload, including photos of other people.

The App may send push notifications and transactional emails (invites, replies, mentions, password resets). You can turn push notifications off in your device settings; some transactional emails are required for the service to function.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. By using the App you also agree to that policy.

The App uses Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Apple Push Notification service, Supabase, and Resend. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms.

We do our best to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Entrepreneurs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to USD 100.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Ignite Entrepreneurs agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
